Happy Monday friends! It’s a very special week with the designers at SSInk. Today we sharing masculine cards with you.
I wanted to try something a little less traditional, and I really love how this turned out. The lines from Work of Art make a fantastic background and the Washi Tape from the Cool Treats Suite was the perfect accent. The inside of this card is stamped with Happy Fathers Day and will be perfect for that occasion.
Thanks for stopping by today. Please join us this week by stamping a card and linking up with us!
I would love to hear from you in the comments and be sure to subscribe so that you never miss another post!
Hello my stamping friends!
Today at SSInk we are sharing Valentines Day cards. This is a very popular card holiday. How many cards do you make for it?
For this project I wanted to use only products from our Annual Catalog. I was able to do that, and I especially love the little hearts from the Perpetual Calendar stamp set.
Thanks so much for stopping by today. I would love to hear from you in the comments and be sure to subscribe to my blog so that you never miss another post!
Hooray! It’s technique week over at SSInk. I hope you will join us and try this one out!
This card is using a lighter color, Daffodil Delight and the circles are a bit hard to photograph. I love how this technique forced me to let go of any desire for perfection, let me just go a little crazy with ink and it wasn’t really possible to mess up. I have a few other cards with technique so be sure to subscribe to my blog so that you don’t miss those posts.
Hello and I am so excited to share a Bonus Post with you! You may have seen that I love to play along with the challenges over at Stampin’ Royalty and was once a Guest Goddess. Well, I am proud to announce that I have been invited to be a full time designer on their team and I have accepted!
So, today we are sharing Valentines creations with you all!
These are fast and fun 3-D treat items to give for the holiday. You can use any kind of DSP or cardstock and are easily decorated. I will be sharing a You Tube video next week of this project, so be watching for more details on that.
Thanks for coming by today! I hope that you will play along with us at Stampin’ Royalty and I would love to hear your thoughts on my project. Be sure to subscribe to the blog so that you never miss another post.
CASE – Copy And Share Everything. Do you love it or hate it?Me, I love it! They say imitation is the highest form of flattery, and I love to flatter others and show them how much I appreciate their creativity. Today the designers at SSInk have CASEd the Occasions Catalog!
My card is using the Sweet Home set which has been carried over from the Holiday Catalog to the Occasions Catalog. This CASE was found on the back inside cover and I could have easily missed it. Once I saw it, I knew I had to try my own version of it!
Thanks for stopping by today. I’d love to hear from you and be sure to subscribe so that you never miss another post.
Welcome to the challenge of the week with the gals at SSInkspiration. This week we were inspired by this:

Welcome back to another fantastic Blog Hop with the amazing gals I am working with this year to the Alaska Incentive Trip with Stampin’ Up! I am so glad you are here. This month we are sharing our first Must-Have’s from the new Occasions Catalog. There are so many great options and it was hard for me to decide what to purchase first.
I decided on the Lift Me Up Bundle, found on page 10 of the catalog. I was able to also earn the coordinating DSP available during Sale-A-Bration and used both of them on my project.
I really loved the project example but I didn’t have the clear boxes so I decided to use my Gift Box punch board to make a box instead. I just folded the top flaps inward and glued then down. It was a faitly quick project using the precision plate with the big shot and the great tools and adhesives Stampin’ Up! offers.
Now it’s time to keep hoping along to Jayme’s blog and see what she has for you!
I’d love to hear from you and be sure to subscribe so that you never miss inspiration!
It’s challenge time, and I would love to see you play along with us over at SSInk. This week is our sketch challenge.
And my entry for the week
I love this sketch. It could be used for any kind of card, for any occasion. The Inside the Lines DSP is so fun! As you can tell really love it.
Please just us over at SSInk and show us your take on our sketch! Thanks for stopping in today!
Happy Friday Friends. Today I decided to play along with the weekly color challenge over at Stampin’ Royalty.
For me, I was ready to move into Spring and I thought this Sale-A-Bration paper would fit the bill well.
I love how versatile this can be and would also be great for the spotlight technique.
Thanks for stopping in today! I would love to hear from you in the comments and please subscribe so that you never miss another post.
Happy New Year everyone and welcome to the January 2017 ICS Blog Hop! This month we are sharing with you our favorite Sale-A-Bration stamp sets.
Yes!! It is that time of year again, Stampin’ Up! biggest sale of the year. Free stamp sets, embellishments or Designer Series Paper choices for each $50 you spend on ANY products from now until March 31st!
By far, my favorite stamp set is Tasty Trucks.
I seriously love Food Trucks and this stamp is just so fun! It can be colored with markers, paper pieced, watercolored and who knows what else!! I am sure you will be seeing a lot of this in the coming months. My sketch was inspired by the weekly challenge over at Mojo Monday.
Now it’s time to hop on over to Terri’s blog and see what she has for us!
I would love to hear from you and sign up for future posts so that you never miss another bit of inspiration!
Hello friends! More of a personal post here today – because this year I want to learn more about your, my readers and I want you to learn more about me, Jen.
For the last few years I have prayed for and been given a word to help define the focus I need to have as each new year begins. 2015 was Hope, 2016 was Freedom and 2017’s word has been revealed to me nice and late on New Years Eve.
Back in November I had a powerful revelation happen during a weekend retreat. A simple phrase begun a total shift in my thinking. “Life the life that God has called you to and not the life others expect of you”
I’ve spent the last 2 months praying about that, and working towards that goal. I have also been working on my recovery from the curse of imperfection.
Lastly at that same retreat The Lord revealed to me a verse and now given what my word is for this year I believe this is who He is helping me become.
These 3 things combined feel like a huge trifecta. It is a lot to have all going on at once but I know that what God calls me to, He always equips me for.
What about you? Do you pray for or choose a word for the year, something to focus on. I would love to hear what your word for 2017 is!
After almost a month off I am so excited to be back to blogging. And to get this Monday going, play along with us at SSInk for our color challenge.
These colors are just beautiful for a winter card. I love being able to use up strips of DSP and cardstock by making banners for my cards. All sizes work great for this!
I would love to see what you create with this color challenge so stamp a project, and link up!
Thanks for stopping by today. I would love to hear from you in the comments and be sure to subscribe to the blog so that you never miss another post!
Another year is coming to a close and I just wanted to say thank you! Thank you for being there for me, for giving me a reason to blog, stamp, inspire and share. May 2017 be the best year ever, for all of us.!
Hello my stampin’ friends! What a treat we have for you today. My peeps over at EarningAlaska2018 are doing a blog hop. The theme for this month is Anything but a Holiday. We are taking stamp sets from the 2016 Holiday Catalog and using them for non-holiday projects.
I am showcasing the Suite Sayings stamp set. I have a friend at church whose father just passed away and I thought this would make a good sympathy card greeting. The recipient is also a man so I felt the Woodland Folder would be a good choice, and this color combo is masculine as well.
Now it’s time to hop on over to Sherri’s blog and see what she has in store for us. I would love to hear from you in the comments and be sure to subscribe to the blog so that you never miss another piece of inspiration!
